The Hamamatsu dumplings were delicious. Especially the miso-flavored sauce is delicious. Is it a mixture of doubanjiang and Japanese mustard in miso? I want to come to eat dumplings again. On the other hand, Tsukemen felt mediocre. Abura Soba, which is not spicy, has its own personality, but I wonder if it will be repeated. By the way, when I sit down, I wonder if the lightning sign of OPEN, which is dirtyly stuck with gum tape in front of me, can be managed. I want you to stick it with transparent gum tape at least. The shop with a fashionable atmosphere is ruined.

Although it is inspired, it doesn't have much Jiro-like taste. If you don't ask for garlic, it won't come out. The interior of the bar is vacant and has a stylish atmosphere, but there are cardboard boxes in some places, and there is no sense of unity, so the concept inside the store is not well understood. The soup tastes like adding soy sauce ramen and Jiro and dividing by two, which is not enough for Jiro fans. I think people who like light taste will like it. The noodles were chewy and delicious. When I came to the store, there were no other customers. The owner might have been watching the TV in the store behind me during the meal, but I was worried about it and it was really hard to eat.

The relocation destination has a beautiful large table, comfortable chairs and a large LCD TV, which makes the atmosphere a bit different from ordinary ramen shops. The charm of this ramen shop is that if you notice it, the taste will change or you will start a new menu, which will entertain you every time you come. The owner may seem a little unfriendly, but he was a kind person who talked to non-regular customers like myself. The taste was delicious!

Honest taste and volume are not Jiro-inspired. If you just put it together as Hokuro's ramen, It's usually delicious. The inside of the store is clean and the owner is very popular, but he does not feel uncomfortable at all because he provides the minimum amount of customer service. However, please note that the business hours are very loose.
