I am a tourist looking for a shop to ride with, and well I guess stuck up shops are not only in the USA but here as well. I would like to say that I am somewhat of a seasoned cyclist being a CAT3 in the USA. I met one of thier customers while riding and he recomnended this shop. He was nice enough to stop and answer a few of my questions. Upon arriving to the shop to look at what time the rides were, they said sorry but customers only. Well I could have been a future customer, but with a welcome like that, no thank you. I even have a brand that they carry. my LOOK 795 although I was on my Cipollini when I visited. Bummer they had some cool stuff.

When the chain fell off while driving and I was in trouble and brought it in, I had it repaired by service. Thank you.

We strongly recommend that you bring things related to disc brakes to other stores. My son is a hydraulic disc brake and it is ineffective, so it was recommended that it was better to replace it because it has oil on the pad, so it got ineffective after a week of exchanging. And if you take it again, it is said that the oil is leaking, it is said that it is better to mechanically make it this time, and even then it broke down again in only six months. Although there was a mistake by the other party, there was no discount at all, and all the charges were paid. I think that it is useless to be unfamiliar with disc brakes, but the service is too bad.
