We think that facility is most good in gym for 24 hours. They will lend you one towel for free. There are many people during the leaving hours. It's OK for now, but it may be tough if there are too many people. A café of the affiliated net cafe next door is available for one hour.

It was my first gym, but the staff met me for an hour and taught me how to train in detail from how to use the machine. It may be thanks to a lot of staff for the opening, but it is a good impression. The anxiety point is expected to be waiting for a small number of shower rooms.
