Reasonable charge without shower facility.
I used it with my friends on the ticket. There is also a parking lot, so it was nice to be able to go casually
It's 2700 yen per month, so it's a little different from a normal gym, but if you have a need, it will be very profitable.
-There are about 30 running machines and there is almost no waiting
-There are several bikes and cross trainers each. Sometimes it ’s all buried. No TV
-6 weight machines x 3 each = 18
There are few events that can be done, but several sets can be used continuously if others are available
-No shower. The changing room is also small. Since there is no change of shoes, it is an image to come and exercise as it is.
-No free weight
There are several staff members, so if you have any questions, you can tell them. Personally, I don't have to change shoes (I don't need to carry them). It is also possible to hold 3 sets of weight machines.
It is a gym where you can go to the facilities at a reasonable price. The facilities are new and the number is sufficient, so there is no waiting. I can use it comfortably.
