A promenade that connects the center south and the center north. When crossing a bridge with a height on the way, you can overlook the area, but if you walk with multiple people there will be a big roll, so it will be a little unsafe in terms of safety lol There is a restaurant and kindergarten under the viaduct with the impression that it is under the elevated viaduct. I think that it would be interesting if there were fairs using this promenade, but I am walking on a daily basis lol

A promenade between Center South and Center North. If the weather is good, it's not bad to walk instead of the subway.
