Room temperature is lower. When I experienced it, it was a guided and fast-wording yoga, which was not suitable for me. I laughed because the price was high and there was a minimum of 12 months of tying up, and I was encouraged to buy it even though I had mats and clothing. The customer's request was uncomfortable because they explained their own charge system without any explanation. There are better places in the neighborhood.

The instructor is very polite and helpful. The studio is clean and very comfortable. The service of the staff is wonderful and there is no place to complain. The problem is not limited to Seya, but could be at other stores. That is, there are too many instructors who can do intermediate classes and move to other stores. As a result, there are only instructors who can do only elementary classes, and there are only classes like "Relax Yoga" from the beginning of the morning. Why don't you assemble a class for a day from a customer's point of view? Where and who wants to relax on the first morning? There is only a hot yoga studio here. It may be cross-legged because there are no rivals, but I want to be more careful.

The building name is different. Official name: Alps Building Seya The staff is also beautiful and polite.
