Regarding customer service, there are differences in the level of customer service attitudes of employees. Bad people don't even say hello. Great people will be polite and will choose a cash register. Mr. Ogawa has a wonderful customer service attitude! When I went shopping the other day, a clerk called Tokito came. However, I was hitting the cash register while using the extension. I was amazed at the attitude of disrespecting customers. We should educate our customers more.
In the summer, many people who go camping and barbecue are crowded. It's only natural to restock items on scraped shelves, but I thought it would be necessary to suspend work when customers were nearby. It was a shame that multiple employees were working in front of the shelves where they wanted things and were so enthusiastic about the work that they didn't notice the customers around them. In addition, there were times when the direction of travel was blocked by something like a table on which products were placed. This is the event on August 9, 2020.
The ice cream is not well stocked, there are many milk products, and there are few frozen dessert products.
It was nice that the Summit store Mitakadai Danchi store I used to use was very fulfilling, with rare ice cream that is limited to the region.
