Nice location in kobuchi area . Aeon and Ito-Yokado is adjacent and walk each other over a bridge . Tiger Milk Tapioka store opens in Ito-Yokado ground floir named TAEVA. awesome taste wont found invthe entire area

Reasonable large supermarket on the ground floor with clothing and home supplies on upper floors. There is a sports club on the top floor. Car parking is available underground and on the roof, but can get very busy during weekends.

This mall is located very close to Kobuchi station. It takes about 2-3 minutes on foot to access it. The mall is huge. There are many stores inside such as: clothing stores, supermarket, restaurants, bookstore, jewelry stores, pet store, eyeglasses store, flower shop etc. The more popular stores are McDonalds, Baskin Robins, Subway, Right On, Can Do among others. Kindly note especially for my foreigners living in and around Kobuchi station; they don’t offer English services. I’ve been to most stores inside and no one speaks English so I had speak the little I know and translate the rest using GOOGLE translate. The supermarket aisles are also in Japanese, however, some items do have English information on the packaging. There are also ATMs inside such as Japan Post, Mizuho, AEON and one more I forgot the name right now. (🙈). You have access to elevators, escalators and there are many seating areas along the pathways. In addition, there is also an eating area on the first floor. They offer parking for your car, bike and bicycles. Lastly, there is a gym on the top floor called SPACE. I haven’t used their services since they don’t speak English.

Easily accessible from Kobuchi stn, lots of options to shop and plenty of seasonal discount sale. Equipped with food chains like Subway, restaurant and so on, nice seating area.
