Great Gym, Swimming, Dancing, Cycling, in General for exercises. Bicycle and motorbike parking is free. No car parking. You can park car in Tokyo Store Parking.

It's been a little crowded recently. I'm grateful that he put a tsuitate on the side of the training machine, but I'm a little disappointed that it's delicate and that it's a little intrusive when exercising.

It is good to have two power racks and two bench presses! I want you to bring the TV and open-air bath of the sauna in the nearby Miyamaedaira. I can't be closed on Fridays because I want to drive in the day before the holidays.

I've been there since before. The Miyazakidai store has a plan that can be used in common with the Miyamaedaira branch of the next station, and the difference is also cheap, so two stores are recommended. Since the regular holidays are different, it can be used by applying good things. The Miyazakidai store is older, so the atmosphere of the building is more beautiful in the front of Miyamaedair, but the Miyazakidai store has renewed its bath facilities this year. We do not mind so much because cleaning is perfect. Since there are few parking lots and there is no free time, walking is recommended. Miyazakidai has a tanning machine in a male locker.
