As a foreigner, I am always worried to use services because my Japanese language is very weak. At this Post Office, the service has always been excellent. They are very understanding and welcoming. The staff take time to help me send and receive packages or mail without feeling uncomfortable. Thank you very much.

The other day, I went to the post office feeling safe to slip in to submit an application recommended by my son's designated school. Even so, I received a polite response and received 5 stars. Unfortunately, the business hours are announced online. It's until 20:00, but just in case I called, it was 19:00. I got into the car in a hurry, 15 minutes ... Two minus stars. A tall elderly man with glasses and gray hair coming to deliver. It feels really bad. Just because you're at home doesn't mean you can get out right away. (Is there anyone who is stuck for a day waiting for delivery? You can't even put it in the bathroom!) After the first knock and the call, the door was just broken on the second knock. I think this is an act of fanning by a deliveryman. I felt very unpleasant. When you buy something online, if the delivery is Japan Post, you will reconsider the purchase. Is it a communication disorder? If the door is dented, I'm going to get it fixed. I want you to deliver it to a member of society who can serve customers normally. Driving a car or motorcycle is very dangerous no matter what vehicle you see. I think this is also the post office every time. I would like you to always work with the recognition that you are a hospitality business and a driver. I feel sorry for the people who are doing it seriously, and aren't they regretful when someone tells me?

This is the only post office that can be used until late. Since there are quite a few users, it is often difficult to enter the parking lot depending on the timing. A car entering by turning right may not be able to enter easily and may become congested. When you go out, be careful not to go to the right.

Especially at the end of the year, even if the line extends to the road, it does not proceed at all! Even though the lineup was about 15 minutes (40 minutes for about 15 people), there are 3 staff who seem to be free at the place where they sell New Year's cards. One staff member is enough!
