There was no measure like surface anesthesia, and the anesthesia was painful. No microscope is used for root treatment. I was worried many times whether I should be careful of the vomiting reflex. I was advised to use high-priced zirconia for my covering, but I was told on the examination table during the treatment, and I could not resume treatment unless I chose it on the spot. There is no monitor on the examination table and X-rays are explained on the film. Even in the basic treatment, there were many cases where one dentist did the treatment without a dental assistant.
