The whole team here was very very kind, and they went out of their way to help us when we had a rather emergent eye problem. The doctors, nurses and reception staff were amazing. Thank you Aoba, and hello from Canada!

The teacher is normal, but when the reception changed, it felt cold. It wasn't like this before

I had the image of the worst response I had ever had in a hospital or clinic. Except for one young person, the nurses and receptionists are very mean. It makes me think that it is intentional. I saw other patients refusing to see me in front of me. I also said, "May I buy contacts depending on the result of the test? Unless I absolutely buy them, please go home." Does that mean more than two hours after the reception? Doesn't it matter what your convenience, time, or money is? Also, when I went with a bruise on my eyes, the teacher yelled at me, saying, "Don't come because this is all right." I went because it was different from usual. Is it okay for an amateur to decide and stop the consultation from the next time? I was wondering. It is an ophthalmology that is always crowded for some reason. In terms of location, this is the only convenient ophthalmology department from Shibusawa station, so maybe that's the reason. Personally, it's better not to go. I go out in front of Hadano station and go to another ophthalmology department, but it is the difference between heaven and earth. It seems that elderly people go to the hospital just because it is easy to go to the hospital. It's an impression that the lords are doing a medical examination with Shimojimo. Neither I nor my family want to see a doctor, not a lord, so I will never go here again no matter what.

There is a mysterious rule that the receptionist is the only person. Even though the reception is at 14:45, I need myself to consult. I do so at the direction of the teacher. But I still don't understand the meaning. I didn't do any medical examination, but I don't think I'm going anymore.

I hurt my back at work, and when I was retired and looking for a job (because my previous job was full of scratches with iron powder), I asked for new glasses and asked me to examine it firmly. He did a lot of testing, but he was shouting, "One-sided looking at the smartphone. I don't want to adjust my glasses." I was looking for a job and looking at my smartphone, but the unemployed people were loudly told that I was just looking at my smartphone, and although I didn't have a PC, my smartphone was a job change. Even though I was turned away, the receptionist paid a high inspection fee and said at the reception that "the next time is adjusting glasses" ... It was a frustrating hospital that didn't make sense. Right now, I find a job staring at my PC all day on my smartphone.
