The director is very nice, but the others are not good enough. I feel "let's do it by the person who noticed it" and "seniority system binding".
Day care is terrible.

The building is beautiful and the receptionist is kind. The parking lot is large, and it was really nice to be transferred here.
The hospital is homely and the outpatient nurses are very kind and helpful.
