A fairly large solar power plant. The view is good because it is cut open. However, I can hear the sound from the device.

It's more like a corner of a building site than a park. Not good for sightseeing. There are free parking and toilets nearby.

I went to see the first sunrise. There are parking lots and toilets so you can go there early and wait. To watch the sunrise, the tower is a bit of a hindrance ... You can see Sagami Bay and Miura Peninsula during the day, and you can see Mt. Fuji from behind.
