The cream on the sea eclair has no sweetness, and the biscuit dough absorbs the moisture of the custard cream and has a sticky texture. The custard cream itself was too sweet. I also ate Eclair for a limited time (pistachio biscuit dough with strawberry custard cream), but like the sea eclair, the biscuit dough sucks up the moisture of the cream and does not taste pistachio, custard cream also The taste of strawberry was not at all.
