I've only actually bought one thing from there so can't speak about the service much and never had them service my bike so I won't give the full five stars as I don't know what their service is really like. There is a really excellent range of bikes, parts, accessories, and clothing. There's a big range of bikes at different price points and from different makers. They also build bikes up to order.

Despite having a pretty good selection of bikes, I’ve tried giving this place a shot a few times and I’ll never go back. The staff varies from disengaged/unhelpful to downright rude. When it comes to upgrades/mods the service department is practically standoff-ish, offering no assistance or advice.

There is a good selection of products for 輪行, like rinko bags and quick release stands. However, no comments on their service quality since I haven't gotten a chance to talk to them.

Sez open until 20:00h but I keep on finding it closed 30min before. Not going to waste my time thrice.

It was a very nice place for cycliyers to buy stuff ! They alod have included many cycling equipment which got a nice price.
