1月が誕生日ですが、1月は混むという事で12月に更新に行きました。いつもは明石ですが、今回初めて神戸に。金曜日に地下鉄で13時過ぎに到着。玄関まで行くと案内の人が「更新は6階です」と案内。エレベーターで6階に到着すると30人位の人が廊下で並んでおり、一瞬「えっ！」と思ったものの、10分ほどで受付が終わり、あとは流れ作業的に申請書と質問票の記入、証紙購入・眼の検査、目の検査、写真とも２、3人待ちで10分かかりません。講習は30分しっかりビデオですが、講習室の出口で番号順に免許証の交付。このへんは明石と違って段取りが良い。約1時間で更新終了です。流れのスピードが速いのに驚きです。

From the purchase of stamps to visual acuity tests and photography, the correspondence was soft and smooth. I didn't see any staff who had an arrogant attitude like any renewal center. Here is recommended for renewing the license for excellent and elderly people. I was able to renew my license smoothly. It took less than an hour from the start of reception to the receipt of the new driver's license.

I always went to Itami because it was close to my house, but I went here for the first time. It's vacant according to the word of mouth, the facilities are clean, the stay time is 40 minutes including the class (laughs) You can shop on the way back, and there is nothing to say anymore. I regret having been to Itami until now (laughs) From the guide on the first floor to the person in charge of the last class, there were only polite and kind people. You can also walk from Motomachi! We will process it here even after 5 years!

I just went to change my license address, am I a criminal? It was really horrifying and unpleasant because of the attitude and words from above so that I could misunderstand it. The receptionist attitude is very creepy. If you can go elsewhere, you should go elsewhere.
