At the window, the staff passed the mail service through the ruler over and over (several times). Without it, it was an inflexible, uncomfortable response. I've been using hundreds of mails and emails in the last three years, but it's the first time that such a poorly responding staff member. I was sick because I couldn't feel the smile, thoughtful words, and attentiveness of the people. I told another post office that it was fine. I don't think I will ever go to Takamaru Post Office.
