I came to the store for the first time. When I asked for repair, as soon as I found the cause, I said, "You touched here, right?" And denied it because it was a part I didn't remember touching. "No, I'm touching it, if I don't touch it, it won't happen," he said in a way that made the customer a fool, even though he hadn't seen it. There were other terrible things, but I felt very uncomfortable, so I will never come again.

I visited for the first time in several years and asked for an overhaul of the road bike. The time to completion is no longer available and I am very satisfied with the polite finish. In addition, it was a fun time to be willing to ride a bicycle maintenance consultation that I had started as a hobby and to forget time for a fun talk. Thank you very much.

This is not good. It used to be an ordinary bicycle shop, but it has become a store that only sees sports cycles for a long time, and at the same time, the owner seems to be biased. They didn't buy or install it, and even if I happened to say that the parts I bought didn't fit my bicycle when I tried to install them, I was forced to buy them because I refused to return them. When I think about it now, I think I'd be stupid if I wouldn't lose it because I usually just return it to the wholesaler, but since I was young and I didn't know that, I was sad and angry. I was also a serious cyclist, but maybe because I didn't contribute much to sales in the touring system? Even when I went to the store, I talked to other customers and didn't deal with them, so before I knew it, I couldn't go even though it was relatively close. It's a shop run by people who don't like it humanly. If you go here, there are plenty of more friendly shops online.

I wanted to do a puncture repair for Mamachari and went out, "We are a road bike specialist" was refused. In a residential area called Mei Mai Danchi and where many elderly people live I think that it is important to repair mama-chari etc. because it is a store opening, but I am sorry.

From purchase and customization maintenance consultation to driving event, it is a really appreciated shop from road riding. The manager will also be on hand to provide consultation.
