TREK bicycle store. Big variety of bicycles for every age. Service on site. Free parking in the store. The place is busy so it's better to make a call first for service visits. Not the cheapest option but great quality of products and services.

One day, the condition of the rear derailleur got bad (I couldn't fit in a heavy gear), and when I brought it into the shop, the salesclerk quickly checked and diagnosed that the wire was growing. He was recommended for maintenance and got a menu, but he said he was fully booked for a while. Since I use it for commuting, I gave up giving it up, and when I watched YouTube, I adjusted the wire by myself and it was completely cured in a moment. I think that it is judged that I can not respond as instructed in the manual or halfway, but there is flexibility as if I adjusted it and said, "Please bring me maintenance again because it is a first aid". I thought it would be nice. (Addition) Thank you for your reply immediately. After checking, it was revealed that there was a catch in the hole that was pulling the derailleur wire into the frame, and there was insufficient wire drawability. It was cured by the wire readjustment. I also thought it would have been better to go to the shop after checking a little more.
