Although I apologized for changing the person in charge, I kept apologizing for the previous person in charge and said, "Even a veteran has a mistake in the documents ... Could you pay 20,000 yen for tax?" I don't even show up. It feels like a Kramer ... I wanted to deliver the car comfortably, but I was so amazed that my open mouth wasn't closed anymore. You can change the oil permanently, but even if you pay for it, I don't want to rely on it anymore as much as I would like to ask for an oil change elsewhere. Employee education is not perfect. Even if one response is not enough, it may be tolerated.
