Choosing a dealer is difficult. I thought about before the consumption tax increased and tried various maker estimates and took more than half a year and finally decided the maker and model and came to Honda nearby. I had been riding a certain manufacturer before, but since that manufacturer no longer has a favorite car, I went to another manufacturer.
The salesman had a very nice atmosphere, but he had a problem handling the car. Immediately after delivery of the new car, I had them refund the full cost of it.
The worst thing was caused by the salesman, but at that time the store manager (2019/10)'s bad idea of follow-up and the contents of all statements were the worst.
I thought that manager wouldn't grow up with any good salesperson.
Nowadays, customer satisfaction, welcoming guests, seeing off, and hospitality are becoming commonplace, but I think the manager here thinks they are doing it. There are many Honda dealers other than Honda Cars Sanyo around, so I think everyone should go to another store.
The image is after clear delivery. In addition to this, there are many large scratches and scratches that can be easily seen.
