I went to the city hall with my number procedure I still think it takes time to process my number 😫💦 I thought it was going well but it took at least 20 minutes! Even if the parking lot is free for 30 minutes, it will be good if it is free for 2 hours at the beginning of the procedure, but if you come to wait alone you will be fluttering 😲 Once I got out of the parking lot, about 10 minutes later, and came back, it was finally the turn! It seems that my computer wasn't in good condition, so I was at the city hall for a total of 1 hour. If it's a temporary thing, the number of people who have to apply for my number has decreased...

どこの窓口も対応が悪いです。 障がい者支援課で申請書のコピーをくださいと言ったら 役所内のコンビニで自費で取ってきてと言われ驚愕した。 申請とは関係のない書面をお願いしたわけではないです。 市民から言わせれば数十円をケチるような公僕は不必要。 杓子定規の対応をするのであればＡＩのロボットで結構。 嘱託なのか臨時なのかロビーや窓口に無駄な人員が多い。 現役の本職が偉そうに指示指導をしていると気分が悪い。 まずは余剰職員を削減して市民に還元するのが先である。 ※約４年前に神戸市東灘区から転入

It gets hot every day, but I went to the My Number registration reception desk. ☺ (^-^) (^^) I was waiting for three people, It takes about 25 minutes for one person. I waited for about an hour and a half. (^^) Photos for My Number will also be taken for free. (^^) My number registration is a very profitable and convenient card. I will wait for popularity, but it will be useful if you make it. (^^) The staff in charge was very kind. Elevator even if you visit for other business When getting on and off The staff felt caring for the citizens, who are our customers. 😉 Thank you for being a citizen of Kakogawa. Corona measures, etc. Staff members have a hard time working. I really felt it. Thank you service feel kindness It's a nice office. (^ o ^)
