It's so far away that I can't easily go there, but I always stop by when I go to Kamikawa. You can purchase it for 1.5 loaves of 600 yen. It has a slightly hard texture when raw, but if you bake it to make sugar toast or pizza toast, it will be crispy and very delicious. As a high-class bread, there are many sweet breads, but it is recommended as a completely different taste. The customer service was very polite, and when I visited the other day, I bowed down until I left the door. I will visit you again.

The bread is simple and the more you chew it, the better the taste of wheat. I think it's hard bread rather than fluffy. There is a bakery in the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, and you can tell the location by the signboard on the roof.
