It is a bakery that uses a lot of additive-free and organic high-class ingredients. Not only salt and sugar, but also margarine and shortening are not used. I was particular about the details that I was interested in. It was a fairly reasonable price for this content. It is delicious with soft bread made from natural yeast. French bread is crispy and very delicious when re-baked according to the warming method received at the shop.

A bakery that is particular about the ingredients, such as no chemical seasonings added. The aged bread has a chewy texture, and the taste is not unpleasant, so the taste of the ingredients stands out. White cheese, raisins, and chocolate were delicious as the ingredients for the bread I bought this time. I would like to visit again and taste various other breads. The price is a little higher because we are particular about the material.
