Go to the store by relying on the "soba" banner.
After seeing the word-of-mouth, I jumped in and was able to eat because there was a surplus of soba, but it seems that it is a reservation-only shop. Therefore, those who came later were refused.
Even without adding it to the soup, the aroma of soba was pleasant and satisfying. Make a reservation next time and have a set meal.

There was a pot and a soba shop in a mountain village. It is almost a house but a detached house. If there is no goodwill with a signboard it is a private house. When opening the door of the entrance, a Japanese-style room with a living room and a hearth at the entrance of a private house is a store. It seems that it started three years ago. Is the soba hand-crafted? I have no idea but black soba. It seems not to be ten percent soba. Taste is also normal. The road in front of the house was narrow and the car was barely downright.
It was a bit confusing because the place goes in one. Soba is very ordinary.

A lovely couple's shop with a hearth. We had a tempura, a seasonal bowl, cooked rice and a small dessert. Soba also has a good fragrance, and the buckwheat soup, which is a bit like kin and soy sauce, goes very well. And this "Soba-yu" that comes out when you ask is not just a boiled soup. We had plenty of rich and fragrant soba hot water. I tasted it for the first time. Also, the platform on which the quail eggs were riding was very cute.
