Great Japanese style service at this hotel. Looks a bit tired from the exterior but internally was nice (not modern). Very large room and had its own bath and massage chair. Hot spring downstairs we very nice - both with a nice garden and hot water. Food was nice, with terrific presentation. Hotel owners wife came to our room and introduced herself. Very friendly service. Some English spoken.

What better place to stay at when visiting the beautiful city of Yumura and their hot springs. Luxurious rooms and baths, not to mention the dinner brought tears to my eyes. The hotel owner sits on the city council and will gladly take you around town.

I used it as a couple using the go to campaign. I arrived early, but I was grateful for the polite guidance. I felt that the facility was a little old, but after check-in, I was able to get a quick meal time, room and facility information, and I felt that I was taking measures against the corona virus. It was a room with an open-air bath, but at the recommendation of Mr. Nakai, I first used the large communal bath. I was very satisfied with the large communal bath. I was satisfied with the food, taste and quantity. I wanted to use it again!

When I told in advance that there was a family member with a bad prosthesis, I was able to enjoy the meal with consideration for the ingredients and cooking. Well, beef and abalone were soft and delicious enough without worrying about teeth. The hospitality and infection control were solid, and I was able to relax slowly, including the hot springs. It was an inn I wanted to use again. Thank you very much.
