I used this convenience store for the first time when shipping Mercari. I was bad at throwing the trash that came out when I stuck the envelope on the box into the receipt box, but after that, a woman in her 4.50s who checked out said, "I'm about to throw away the receipt here !! Take it home! I threw it away at home !!! ”and shouted at me and pushed the trash back. Did I have to yell so much even though I didn't throw away the trash I brought in and went home? Isn't there a way to say it even if this is bad? It was scary and terrible. Whenever I shipped at another convenience store, the clerk always said "I'll throw it away" or silently throw it away, so it was the first time I was yelled at and even told me to take it home. It was very unpleasant and I regretted using it. I will never use it again.

When I was in trouble because I didn't know the payment number when issuing a bus ticket, a male clerk and a female clerk kindly taught me how to get the payment number. My heart is warming up! I am very grateful to the two shop assistants. Thank you very much!
