There are rules unique to this shop, and you can see that it is a shop that is very particular about cakes. As others have said, the restaurant instructed me to eat within 30 minutes of purchase. I ate it 10 minutes later, but it's more than enough for me as an amateur. It's a little expensive, around 500 yen per cake, but I think it's more delicious than it's worth. Regardless of the taste, it is a pity that there are many criticisms about the rules of the restaurant. We need to be aware that stores have the right to choose customers, just as we have the freedom to choose where to buy the cake.

The interior is nice and fashionable. However, because of corona prevention etc., the smell of chlorine in the store ... Also, the cake looked really cute, but I felt that the taste of the cake I was expecting was not the best and the price did not match the price. I think there are other cake shops with better cospa, so I wonder if I can go there anymore.

I understand the meaning of wanting you to eat within 30 minutes. It was a delicate cake where temperature control was important. It is a very smooth and delicate mousse, and a slight temperature change will loosen the mousse. I think that time and temperature are really important to eat deliciously. The clerk who served the customer was very kind and nice. There are many critical comments, but I didn't get a bad impression at all. Rather, I was very sorry for the bad attitude of the female duo who came in after us.

The customer service attitude is not very good. I think it would be difficult at the time of corona, but it was said that I could not enter without a mask, so I was kicked out. If you make a rule that you can not enter without a mask, I think that a certain number of masks should be managed by the store and handed to customers who do not know anything. The taste of a cake is the same as that of a delicious cake shop around it, so I don't think there is a need to go forcibly. that's all

I've eaten a lot of cakes until now, but I don't think there are any better cakes than this one. I sometimes eat as a reward. There is no terrible sweetness, and no matter how many you eat, you will never feel heartburn. The taste is elegant and the mousse is very delicious. It is completely different from the cake shops around here.
