受付の方がとても対応悪いです。 初回訪ねた時、次回の予約を受付で取ってほしいと先生に言われたから取りました。次回訪れた時に受付行ったらすぐさま『予約してません！』の一点張り。 どうも予約は私が伺った日の前日(12月1日)に予約されてたとの事。受付の方が12月2日水曜って口頭で言ったと思うんだけどなぁ。 言った言わないがあるから、日にちの件はあまり問題にはしないのですが、予約日が前日だったのに調べもせず『予約してません』と何度も言い張り、1週間前も受診してるのにも関わらず『初診でしょうか？』と言ったり…。 私が『カルテ見て、前回の状況確認してください』と言って、やっと日にち違いで予約されてたことが分かりました。 『カルテ見て』の一言が言えないタイプの人だったら泣く泣く帰らされる羽目になってたと思います。それくらい一方的で、圧力有る対応でした。 日にちが違ったものの、私は、貴方方の指示で伺ったのですよ。受付の方は患者の目線考えられないのですね。あと、診察券を渡した時も態度悪くて、私の手から力強く奪い取ってました。トラブルで受付の方も気分悪いのでしょうが、私は受付の対応のおかげで貴方以上に気分悪いです。その気分の悪さを患者にぶつけるのは受付として良いのでしょうか。 トラブルやミスを、患者だけに押し付ける感じの悪い対応でした。
