I live in the neighborhood, but it is a school with many really sloppy adults. Some parents parked on the west side of the school for transportation, but the school and PTA have not been addressed. Thanks to you, even if you avoid it, it will be in the shadow of a car parked on the street, so it is likely that you will have many collisions with cars entering and exiting from nearby clinics and school parking lots.
