2020/04/02 A place where you can experience Matcha with a souvenir shop that belongs to the Tea Gourmet Cafe on the first floor I was able to shop when I visited in February, but the number of tourists drastically decreased due to the epidemic of infectious diseases. It's closed now trademark? TBDS Kumiko Oumae is also waiting at home to prevent infection Is now closed The Ujibashi-dori shopping street where the shop is located is really quiet and lonely ... Hope the souvenir shop can be opened as soon as the infectious disease converges and the bustle returns

There are many products related to Japanese tea, gyokuro and matcha. You can also experience making matcha with chasen. There is a sales staff who speaks Chinese, so it seems convenient for Chinese customers. I asked a question in Japanese, but it seemed difficult to communicate.

It's a very insane company and annoying. About 10 years ago, my mom came to use it because it was a diving business. My business phone was regularly ordered, so my mother ordered. To be honest, a soy sauce shop in Kyoto is a jump-in business? There was a question about such a thing, and a thing related to frequent telephone sales. When I got a phone call because my mother became ill two years ago, my mother explained it and carefully refused future calls. However, a different person frequently calls afterwards, whether it is a bad move. Every time, even if you explain the situation and refuse, another person in charge calls again and repeats the same thing. Even if you reject the incoming call, you will receive a call from a different number. Moreover, even if you refuse to hang up the phone every time, it is the exit of the unscrupulous commercial law itself that keeps on talking and going on endlessly. It is very rude to the customer. I was surprised at the Rakuten store review that had a similar experience. This is not a good company. I say that it is a traditional manufacturing method in Kyoto, but when I look at the homepage, it is nothing but a long-established store in 1993, and the products are not made in-house, but are made by an outside contractor with OEM. Perhaps it is a sales policy that makes it difficult for the Kyoto brand to buy merchandise for middle-aged and older people.
