All the staff are also attentive.
The monthly fee is reasonably high for me ... 4 stars. I think it's standard for hot yoga, but ^^;
But it's a quality that makes me want to keep going (^^)
It's fun to do yoga, Pilates, and exercise! I haven't been to the gym at all since I signed up for the gym, but I have new lessons and I can go there without getting tired. There are some poses I can't do yet, so I want to be able to do it from now on!
A teacher who always welcomes you with a smile! Everyone is young ~ 💕 And there are many menus and it's fun 😏👍 Many of the members talk to me in a friendly way, and I feel like I'm still friendly. I'm sure I couldn't continue if I was alone.
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でいつも気持ちよくレッスン受けています！レッスンも種類豊富なので自分に合うレッスンを受けることができます。ヨガマットの消毒等、コロナ対策もしっかりされています。
All the instructors are cute and glittering, and they always welcome me with a smile and send me out with a smile on my way home. Every time, I get energized and refresh my mind and body 🙂🌼
