My experience was great. The store was great, clean, and well run. The shoe store lady was helpful and helped me to get nice shoes of better quality than I buy from other stores. For my first time buying from this place it was good. They even offered me a mask as I accidently forgot when I quickly left my apartment. Nice place, nice people.

Unfortunately, it is inferior to other Takashimaya. The clothes store is also useless. Delicatessen fruits are also useless. There is nothing you can expect.😢

The best collection of fragrances in Gifu. Chanel, Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, etc. But it's not as good as the mall in Nagoya station ofcourse.
