While I was hiking, I searched on the internet to eat something special and found "Sudashi soup". I've been to Shirakawa-go several times, but I've never eaten this one, so I definitely want to try it. Knowing that you can eat at the cafe Oomatsu, I stopped by before the hike and confirmed that the business hours have changed from June 1. A fresh set of Hida beef from this store. With a gentle flavor, this is delicious ❤️ On the surface of the soup are Hida beef, jellyfish and vegetables, but there are plenty of root vegetables underneath. It tasted solidly whether the vegetable stock was live, and the jellyfish fit well. In cold areas, I imagine a salty taste, but without this (Is it even more so after a hike?), I want to eat more 😋 Is the rice five grain rice? multigrain rice? That's why I thought it was healthy and women's taste ✨. If the “waste” itself suits your taste I think that the soup here is thicker and sweeter than the soy milk soup.

The Hirase area is a place where you can eat a few lunches. It was natural community-based type, and when I entered the store, the wife was about six people and it was lively. This time, I went in a bowl and was a little worried, but it was good to be able to order. Fresh soup is a white soup with rubbed soybeans, and it seems to be a local dish around here. I knew it was something else to eat and taste, so I ordered this time. The taste was still my favorite. There are other menus I care about, so next time? I would like to eat it.

A specialty freshly made hot pot ... The soup made by grinding soybeans had the best texture of Hida beef and jellyfish. I was relaxed as if I had returned home to my grandmother in the country
