The building was so beautiful that it won the Good Design Award, and although the teacher was very nice, the attitude of some nurses toward elderly patients seemed to be clerical. I saw it in the waiting room, but when I explained it, I thought that I would like to be treated more kindly as the same medical staff. Also, the reception desk seems to be very good at responding by phone etc. The reception is the face of the hospital, so I want you to be soft.
