Pretty decent place for an unagi craving

It is the famous eel restaurant Shiraishi who represents Hitoyoshi.

Uemura next door has a sweet sauce and the outside of the eel is crispy, but compared to Shiraishi, the sauce is light and the eel is plump. Shiraishi is more elaborate on the new incense that goes with the liver sucking.
Prices are almost the same, so I personally prefer this one to Uemura.
