I heard rumor that the dough was crispy, but when I took it home and ate it at home, it was only about an hour after I bought it, but it was fluffy and not crispy. It was a day when the temperature was about 37 degrees, so there is a possibility that it may have been stuffy due to humidity. Custard is a light type. Cheese souffle was a little rare and small, but it was satisfying to eat. This was a little light too.
