さいか屋さんなきあと、小さな商業施設となりましたが更地のままになるよりは良いかと思います。本格的な再開発が早くできると良いのですが。このご時世では難しいでしょうか。

I used the Doutor Coffee shop in ZERO GATE. Unlike Doutor, this shop has light meals (spaghetti) and chiffon cake. Also, the coffee is quite delicious. It seems to be a differentiated shop, and the price is about the same as a coffee shop. The atmosphere inside the store is good, and it is spacious and you can relax. One less star would be even better if you had a Doutor sandwich.

The location is the best because it was built on the site of Saikaya. The east exit has an older atmosphere than the west exit, so it's good that there aren't many people and it's not a mess.

A commercial facility on the 2nd floor built on the site of Saiyaya. There are Sushiro, Doutor Coffee, drug stores, Rakuten Mobile, GEO, etc. Anyway, the image of a building that has bad wires inside the store and must be outside each time. Where is the toilet or something? The 2nd floor eating and drinking floor is limited to access from the escalator, and the waiting space is somewhat distorted. It feels like "it has become the current form after many changes and compromises."

It was good to see the outside of Doutor Coffee by the window. The coffee was also delicious.
