The reception is kind.
It is a rental car company in the parking lot of Hotel New Otani Hakata. I used a nearby hotel, but there were quite a few hotels in the area. It is very close to Watanabe Street 1-chome Station.
When I made a reservation cheaply via Rakuten Travel and needed to change the reservation details due to a typhoon, I consulted the phone the day before and changed it for free.
When you contact again on the same day and change the time, you hear that you can drop off at other stores in the prefecture for free, register as a member and make another day reservation, about 5000 yen for half a day use, you do not have to carry the trunk to the airport I was saved.
The staff was very friendly and I had never used a Nippon Rent-A-Car, but I would like to use it again.
It is a kind and polite rental car that is easily accessible from nearby hotels.
It's a bit far from Nakasu, but it's convenient because it takes about 800 yen by taxi.
