A bakery with a safe and secure assortment that uses completely non-added natural yeast bread. We do not use eggs, butter, milk, or sugar, and we make bread with the taste of the ingredients in mind. The shop seems to have been built after a part of the house was renovated, but it was a bright and warm space, and it was a relaxing atmosphere. At first glance, it's plain, but the healthy bread with solid grilled eyes is all about appetizing finishes. The owner was a kind and smiling woman, and when I asked questions about bread, I was thankful to be taught without hesitation. This time, I bought "Plain Bagel", "Odashi Cheese" and "Soy Milk Banana Cream Bread". “Plain Bagel” is a strong style taste that overflows the wild flavor of wheat every time you bite it. Although it is simple, it is a memorable effect. The faint acidity derived from natural yeast is refreshingly left in the back mouth, and the surface is crunchy and the elasticity inside is delicious. "Odashi Cheese" is delicious with the scent of nori seaweed, the rich flavor of Japanese soup stock, and the salty salt of cheese. It has a slightly seafood-based taste and a bit of the flavor of salmon roe. It was a white bread with a focaccia-like light and chewy texture, and it was a familiar season that somehow reminded me of menta cheese bread. “Soy milk banana cream bread” has a rather savory taste, with the banana flavor rather low and the mildness of soy milk is the leading role. The taste is very smooth because it is thickened with kuzu powder. It is a cream with a delicate melting of the mouth that disappears without suspicion, and it has a gentle sweetness reminiscent of a home snack. There is no easy-to-understand sweetness and gorgeousness, but the thick taste of wheat that can be produced only from domestic wheat and natural sea salt is good. If you eat only soft and sweet bread, your tongue will feel tired, but this is a healthy taste that doesn't lean on your stomach no matter how much you eat. Other than bagels, you may feel a little bit of the dough. It is exactly the image that it is born only by cutting away waste.
