Kami-Itabashi Station

Although it is completely subjective, the atmosphere is also a bit dark at Johoku Central Park. In parallel with the Tobu Tojo Line, an international bus runs along Kawagoe Kaido to Ikebukuro. This is not recommended for commuting because there is a lot of traffic.
