Parking is OK if you visit during day time. However if you plan to stay after 5PM (e.g. having dinner in town), you better go elsewhere. Parking attendance told us we can only park til 5PM when we arrived in the late afternoon.
This parking lot is ideal for sightseeing in the cityscape of Uchiko. There are autumnal trees, the parking lot is large and there are clean toilets. You can also go to the nearby Koshoji Temple. When asked about the average sightseeing time from the tollhouse, it seems that the cityscape is a 650m round trip, and even a group takes about 45 minutes. I received a simple map of the cityscape.
Should I stop at a town station? It was said, but the parking lot is difficult to understand, so here is a pay parking lot.
