I will go to various post offices. I often use it, but service spirit is too much. Even if I buy a lot of stamps postcards, they will not put it in the bag unless I say it from here. Even though it is dirty it can not be used. I am so surprised that all officials are! I think it is somewhat different from the ECO spirit. Nevertheless we will recommend local home flights etc. Even if I want it I will not apply here! I will apply at another station!
