He didn't give her a business card and was completely ignored. I will never visit again. When I went to another shop of the same series, they welcomed me kindly. The shop was very responsive and there was a car that met my requirements, so I decided almost immediately. When I returned, all the employees said "Thank you", so I would like you to stay with me for a long time. We recommend that you do not go only to the Komaki store.

I requested repair, but I was contacted once, but no contact. It's a used car, so I don't feel like fixing it. BMW will never buy it again.

The worst store I'm on the BMW 1 series, but I leaked water from a radiator, and even when I contacted him to see it, he refused because it was full of services. It's said that there will be free service after two weeks, so I had to fill the bottle with water and pour more while riding. I got water in the morning, arrived at the workplace for about 10 minutes, and the parking lot was leaking at lunchtime, but the unkindness of the BMW person who said that I had to carry a water tank was irritating.
