Professor Ito has been taking care of me for 3 years! Excellent effect even with small movements! !! Please look at each one closely in the group lesson. Even in my personal training, I saw my whole body, and I no longer have stiff shoulders or low back pain. Please try it once (*^^*)

This is my second time to see it in a private session. At the first time, I was able to adjust the distortion and left-right difference that I did not notice, and the discomfort felt in the hip joint and knee disappeared. This time, I found out that my ankle is also strange (^_^;). I didn't even notice this myself. I would like to continue to exercise in the future, consciously improving in my daily life.
