I have been using it several times at stores, mail-order sites, etc. for about 7 or 8 years. It seems that the number of stores has increased and the company is doing well. Due to the price, I have used 3 actual stores so far, but the customer service is generally poor (there is no problem with the product) and this EC site is the worst. I think the busy season is busy anyway, but the phone doesn't connect. It takes about one week from ordering to receiving an order and notification of inventory shortage. Inquiries by email Almost unanswered. So be careful as you will not be able to make it in time if you try to make it in winter. However, there is no problem with the product and the packaging is polite. Anyway, price is important. I posted it with the expectation of improvement.

I purchased a set of studless tires and wheels at mail order. The balance was also tightly packed and the packaging was also polite. It was cheap and saved.
