I had a hyper knife on my upper arm and stomach. Is it a lumpy fat flesh? Is flattened and moved! The teacher is always studying, from training to beauty... I learned a lot of specialized knowledge about the body from how to put my core strength, and instantly spotted and improved my muscle training problems that I could not do well for many years. He gave me (and it's easy to understand!) A truly professional teacher. I think it's many times more effective to come here than to join the gym and train yourself. The inside of the store has a nice scent and is healed. I definitely want to go again!
