Located next to Chubu Rosai Hospital near Minato Kuyakusho station, this is obviously not a place that anyone wants to end up. But the staff are efficient and friendly enough - and the usual price to reclaim your bicycle is only ¥1500. Be sure to bring ID and the postcard you received in the mail from the impound lot in order to reclaim your bicycle. If it needs servicing for popped tires, a broken chain or any other problem, the Sato Cycle bicycle shop is just a short 15 minute walk to the northeast near Chitose intersection.
