There are two ABC Marts quite close to each other. Went to one today and tried on a pair of leather shoes. Staff was furious and pointed to the crease lines caused by me when trying out the size! He stared at me as though he was going to hit me and threw the shoes and walked away! Very un-Japanese. Zero customer service. Bad experience. Eventually i bought that pair of shoes.

The clerk's attitude is very poor. I don't know what size to say! And the return is very impatient with the attitude of not paying! I went to Japan many times, and for the first time I met a very poor clerk!
